COVID-19, a message from Tim

We are seeing monumental changes to the way we all approach our day-to-day lives, both at home and at work and it is clear the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic is having a significant impact on all of our lives.


Here at Ensurance, supporting our clients and colleagues is our absolute priority and as part of our Business Continuity Plan, we have made resources available to ensure we can provide continued support to all our customers, insurers and partners.


The wellbeing of our employees is of utmost importance and we must ensure they are protected, as a result the team are all working remotely from home until further notice.  We have secure access to email, administration systems and any other resources they need to perform their roles with the minimum disruption. Office landlines have been diverted to mobiles and we have audio/video conferencing facilities that can be used when required


Thanks to the flexibility and commitment of our team our business remains operationally resilient so that our clients continue to receive the underwriting service and support they expect.


We continue to monitor and follow government advice on all matters relating to COVID-19 and will provide updates on service when appropriate.


We’d all like to wish you and your families the very best of health and a minimum of disruption to your lives during this time.
